HAMBURGER STEW

Directions


  1. Brown the hamburger in a dutch oven.

  2. Add the onions and celery. Cook for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add the carrots and potatoes.

  4. Add the beef broth, salt and pepper.

  5. Loosely cover and cook until vegetables are tender.

  6. Add the corn and peas.

  7. Stir together the flour and 1/2 cup water or broth until smooth.

  8. Add to the pan, stirring while pouring it in until mixture thickens. Taste to adjust seasonings.
